Dr. Emily Ranstadler, D.C., M.S., CSCS
Dr. Emily Ranstadler was born in England and moved to North Carolina at the age of 10. After serving nearly a decade in the U.S. Marines, she frequently experienced chronic low back pain and other injuries related to her time spent crewing and maintaining military aircraft.
While suffering a severe episode of her “normal” back pain, she sought treatment from a chiropractor. After experiencing immediate relief following her chiropractic adjustment and being able to better care for her young son, she decided to become a chiropractor and share her experience with others who had previously resigned themselves to a life of pain.
In chiropractic college, Emily also worked as a licensed massage therapist and personal trainer, completing concurrent graduate degrees in the sports and health sciences, and earning her Strength and Conditioning Specialist and Tactical Strength and Conditioning Facilitator Certification through the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
Since graduating Magna Cum Laude in 2016, Dr. Emily has treated patients across the country, often while collaborating with other successful professionals in her field. Over the past several years, she has helped everyone, from professional athletes to newborn babies, achieve wellness and reach their personal fitness goals. Today, Dr. Emily continues serving patients at Spring Chiropractic, where she loves belonging to a team of professionals who prioritize patient care.
When not in the clinic, Dr. Emily can be found taking her two boys to sports practices, talking history with her husband Bob, working out in the gym, coaching, and finding any opportunity to go camping in the mountains with her family.
Dr. Emily Ranstadler, DC, MS, CSCS, is also certified in Dry Needling, Level 1 TPI Golf, Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA), Functional and Kinetic Treatment with Rehabilitation (FAKTR), Functional Movement Screen (FMS) Functional Movement Taping I, II, a Certified Medical Examiner (DOT), and taken McKenzie Part A lumbar spine.
