I took the time to ask three patients what they thought–all heartily felt this was a very good practice. When I asked the staff questions, I got answers; plus there was an air of kindness and friendliness that I enjoyed. The fact that (ironically) I wasn’t scheduled for when I showed up actually worked out well by displaying their flexibility and understanding of the circumstances. All in all, this was a very good start, as I believe they understood what I wanted and needed.
